  1. This Law is the Heavy Vehicle National Law set out in the schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Act 2012 (Qld)[1] as applied in the ACT by the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT) Act 2013[2], s 7 and as modified by that Act. If a provision of the Law is affected by a modification, the provision appears as modified and the text of the modification is shaded.
  2. Regulations made under the National Law must be published on the NSW Legislation website[3] (see the Law, s 733).
