Marriage Equality (Same Sex) Act 2013
- This Act has not been expressly repealed by the Legislative Assembly. It is impliedly repealed because the High Court held it to be of no effect (see Commonwealth v Australian Capital Territory  HCA 55). Repeal, in relation to an Act, includes abrogate or limit its effect and implied repeal (see Legislation Act 2001, dict, pt 1).
