- This Act, s 6 applies the Rail Safety National Law set out in the Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012 (SA)[1], schedule as if it were an ACT law called the Rail Safety National Law (ACT).
- Regulations made under the National Law must be published on the NSW Legislation website (see the Law, s 265). The designated authority has made the Rail Safety National Law National Regulations 2012[2].
