Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ACT) Act 2020

Notes

This Act, s 6 applies the Electronic Conveyancing National Law set out in the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW)^[1], appendix (as modified by this Act, schedule 1) as if it were an ACT law called the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ACT)^[2].
