Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ACT) Act 2020

Notes

This Act, s 6 applies the Electronic Conveyancing National Law set out in the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW), appendix (as modified by this Act, schedule 1) as if it were an ACT law called the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ACT).
