  1. A mock up[1] of the Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Act 1994 incorporating the exposure draft's proposed amendments has been prepared to assist in consideration of the exposure draft.
  2. The Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Amendment Bill 2013[2] was also published as an exposure draft on 18 April 2013.
  3. The Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Amendment Bill 2014[3] was presented in the Legislative Assembly on 15 May 2014.
