  1. A mock up[1] of the Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Act 1994 incorporating the exposure draft's proposed amendments has been prepared to assist in consideration of the exposure draft.
  2. The Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Amendment Bill 2012[2] was also published as an exposure draft on 22 August 2012.
  3. The Mental Health (Treatment and Care) Amendment Bill 2014[3] was presented in the Legislative Assembly on 15 May 2014.
