  1. Despite anything to the contrary in the regulation, this regulation commenced on 21 August 2021 under the Legislation Act, s 73 (3).
  2. This regulation is an amending law and has been repealed because all its provisions have commenced (see Legislation Act 2001[2], s 89 (1)). Each amendment or repeal it made has been incorporated into a new republication of any laws that were amended.
