This regulation was made as part of the Health (Improved Abortion Access) Amendment Act 2024 (see A2024-30, s 4 and sch 1) and is taken to have been made under the Health Act 1993 A1993-13 (see A2024-30, s 4).
Notification statement
The Health Regulation 2024 is taken to have been notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on the day the Health (Improved Abortion Access) Amendment Act 2024 was notified.
