- This Act, s 6 applies the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (Vic), schedule as if it were an ACT law called the Education and Care Services National Law (ACT).
- Regulations made under the National Law must be published on the NSW Legislation website (see the Law, s 302). The Ministerial Council has made the Education and Care Services National Regulations. An explanatory statement for the regulations is available.
