- This Act, s 7 applies the Heavy Vehicle National Law set out in the Heavy Vehicle National Law Act 2012 (Qld)[1], schedule (as modified by this Act, schedule 1) as if it were an ACT law called the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT)[2].
