This Law is the Heavy Vehicle National Law set out in the schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Act 2012 (Qld) as applied in the ACT by the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT) Act 2013, s 7 and as modified by that Act. If a provision of the Law is affected by a modification, the provision appears as modified and the text of the modification is shaded.
Regulations made under the National Law must be published on the NSW Legislation website (see the Law, s 733).
